16.15 Conclusion

In this chapter, we explored the many facets of a career in the arts and culture sector in Northeast Ohio. We began by outlining the wide range of roles available, from arts administration to curation, and the historical and ongoing impact of arts institutions in the region. We also highlighted how the arts contribute to community development, social justice, and youth engagement, illustrating their positive impact on society. Through examples of role models and their diverse career paths, you saw the many opportunities for growth and leadership in this field.
