16.4 Levin Graduates Lead: Gina Vernaci (Former Playhouse Square CEO)

Gina Vernaci, a distinguished leader in the performing arts industry, dedicated more than 39 years to Playhouse Square, ultimately serving as its President and CEO before retiring in 2023. Under her leadership, Playhouse Square solidified its status as one of the largest performing arts centers in the country, attracting world-class Broadway productions and fostering a thriving arts scene in Northeast Ohio.

Vernaci played a key role in expanding Playhouse Square’s Broadway programming, helping Cleveland become a top-tier market for national tours.
