Bob Jaquay recently retired from his impactful role at the George Gund Foundation, where he served as associate director since 1996. The George Gund Foundation is a private philanthropic organization that supports efforts to advance education, economic development, the arts, and social justice in Cleveland and across Northeast Ohio.
During his tenure, Bob helped guide the foundation’s initiatives. His career at the Gund Foundation was marked by a strong commitment to aligning resources with community needs across the region.
Bob’s contributions extended beyond grantmaking; he was known for building partnerships across sectors and fostering collaboration that amplified the foundation’s impact. His work has left a lasting legacy in Cleveland’s philanthropic landscape. Bob earned his bachelor’s degree from John Carroll University and both an MPA and JD from Cleveland State University.
