14.9 Levin Graduates Lead: Tanesha Hunter Seaborn

Tanesha Hunter Seaborn works at the Fair Housing Center, where she leads education and outreach programs. She organizes trainings and helps people understand fair housing laws. She works with tenants, landlords, local governments, real estate professionals, social workers, and other community members.

Her interest in housing advocacy began while she was earning her MPA at CSU, where she received the Wallace G. Teare Prize for her dedication to fair and quality housing.

Before her current role, Tanesha managed outreach and public affairs for the City of Cleveland’s Department of Aging. She has also written about housing issues, including an article for the ACLU called “No Section 8 Means No Opportunities.”
