Description
A beaded necklace made of faience, semi-precious, and non-precious stones. The beads are of varying sizes, with some cylindrical forms and others having organic shapes. The beads are natural hues of blues, earthy rusts, deep grays or slates, and greens, reminiscent of the colors found in water.
Fun Fact
Beads of this hue are similar in appearance to that of a scarab, a sacred beetle indigenous to the region that Egyptians often wore as funerary amulets. They as well reflect the various tonality of the Nile River, a major water stream that flows through Egypt.
