7.16 CSU Alum & State Representative Terrence Upchurch

Terrence Upchurch represents Ohio’s 20th House District, which includes portions of Cleveland and surrounding communities. A CSU graduate, he earned his bachelor’s degree in political science and is currently pursuing his law degree at CSU. Upchurch began his public service career working as a special assistant to Cleveland City Council and was elected to the Ohio House of Representatives in 2018. As a legislator, he focuses on economic development, criminal justice reform, and improving educational opportunities.
