9.7 Lieutenant Governor Position Currently Vacant
In January, Governor DeWine nominated then-Lieutenant Governor Jon Husted to fill the open U.S. Senate seat vacated by J.D. Vance.
That means the position is now open with Governor DeWine having the authority to nominate a replacement.
